Every family gets the same core coordination — the tiers differ only in how they're funded. Pricing is transparent and assessed during signup: no surprise fees, no price creep, and you can always cancel by phone.

For families referred by an Area Agency on Aging, a Medicaid waiver program, the VA Caregiver Support Program, or a partner clinic or senior center — and any family below our published income threshold.

For organizations
Area Agencies on Aging, home-care agencies, and state units on aging participate at a transparent per-organization tier with no per-aide fees. The workforce-facing tools are free to AAA- and SUA-referred aides — workforce-extension tools shouldn't be paywalled from the workers.

Working toward coverage
HearthSafe is designed to be compatible with public reimbursement. We do not claim Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement exists today — this is the roadmap we're working:
